Project Development

The Mother Benedict Secondary School Project follows a phased development approach to ensure responsible use of resources, community involvement, and long-term sustainability.

Each phase builds upon the previous one, creating a solid foundation for the future school.

Phase Zero – Foundation Stage

Phase Zero focuses on preparing the site and establishing essential infrastructure.

Activities include:

  • Fencing of the project site

  • Installation of water supply systems

  • Planting of fruit trees

  • Construction of storage rooms

  • Caretaker’s accommodation

These activities lay the groundwork for future construction while promoting environmental sustainability.

02. Construction Phase

This phase aims to establish the essential facilities required for learning and student accommodation.

  • Classroom blocks

  • Science laboratories

  • Administrative offices

  • Boarding hostels

  • Sanitation facilities

  • Power and utility systems

These structures will form the operational foundation of the school.

Sustainability & Climate Resilience

Environmental sustainability is central to the project. Planned initiatives include:

  • Fruit tree planting

  • Drought-resistant crops

  • Sustainable water use systems

  • Environmental education integrated into the school model
